白を貴重にしたシンプルでキレイなお部屋となっており、家具はヨーロピアンブランド、電化製品は全て日本製でまとめられています。
屋上にあるファシリティも雰囲気が良く、お子様の遊び場も十分な広さが取られています。
スタッフさんも非常にフレンドリーで、ストレスなく生活していただける物件でしょう。
なかでも人気の3Bedタイプは、125㎡と138㎡の2種類がありますが、間取りは同じでベランダの大きさのみが異なります。
プロンポン駅まで徒歩6分と好立地にあるにもかかわらず、シャトルサービスもあります。
