Qiss Residence by Blistonは、エカマイ駅とプラカノン駅から徒歩圏内にある人気サービスアパートです。
敷地内にはQiss Mallという小規模商業施設があり、その隣には生鮮食品店のBig C Food Placeもオープンし、食材の買物環境も便利になりました。
室内は天井が高く、インテリアもデラックス感に溢れ、間接照明を多様したハイグレードな空間に仕上がっています。
寝室は高級ホテルのような居心地。バスルームも綺麗。
キッチンはどのタイプもきちんとした実用性を備えています（2Bedroom以上はオーブン付、キッチンシンクが大、乾燥機も独立型となります）。
日本のテレビはNHK、フジ、TBSの3局が無料で視聴可能です。
共用施設もハイグレード。プールはルーフ式、ジムも器具が充実しています。
マネージメント会社は管理に定評のあるブリストン社なので安心です。
